Spin n’ Smash

Spin n’ Smash is a one-day ping pong tournament in Hong Kong hosted by More Good and Maekan. The event is centered around community cookout, community building, charity fundraiser and generating awareness for More Good, a charity and social enterprise that works to provide high-quality meals to Hong Kong’s underserved communities.

The visual identity is a nod to retro varsity aesthetic and table tennis-inspired graphics. Together with Maekan, we created an identity that got used across the event, from campaign to swag items. We also commissioned Castric Ip, a ceramicists based in the area, to create the trophies as he saw fit, resulting in three eclectic interpretations that resulted in an incense holder, a sake carafe, and a flower vase.

Event Campaign To help drive ticket sales and proceeds towards More Goods community efforts, we create a social media marketing campaign based on Instagram.

Event Recap An event recap video that encapsulates what went down at the tournament.
